Our photo booths come with a full-time attendant just for your event. We have the newest in mirror booth technology, and the booth is sure to add wow factor.
We have done our research, and we know transparent pricing is essential. That’s why all of our packages are priced competitively, and we list everything that is included right here on our site.
We made these packages with the consumer in mind. You want to know what’s included in your package, how much it’s going to cost you, and what you can add on to enhance your experience. And we made sure all that information was visible for our customers, so when you click that “book now” button, you know exactly what you are getting.
Our photo booths are perfect for your wedding, private event, or corporate event. People love a great opportunity to act silly and share memories.
We’ve done away with those bulky box booths of the past, and we have stepped up our game to bring you a photo booth experience for the smart generation.
Our interactive software allows guests to sign and edit their photos on a touch screen mirror. Your guests can also send their photos to themselves via mms and email, and they can print their pics immediately to have as keepsakes.

Wedding And Private Event Packages
Booth Set Up and Tear Down
Set Up and Tear Down: The booth will arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of your event. Your event rental time does not include set up and tear down; this is for your benefit.
Set up and tear down does require two people, so events that are more than 50 miles outside of the 34655 zip code will incur an additional fee for travel. See booking for more info.
Rental Time: Each event includes a specified amount of time for the rental. This is pretty self explanatory, but if you are unsure how many hours are included in your package, simply look at the package description to find the answer.
Packages range anywhere from 2-12 hours of rental time for private or corporate events. You can also add on additional hours for and added fee. See add-on list for more details.
Dedicated Event Host
Event Host: Each event comes with a dedicated event host. The event host is present to assist your guests in operating the photo booth and also to help keep energy levels high and positive.
For longer, more elaborate event packages, two hosts will be provided. You can add another host to any event for an added cost as well.
Backdrops: We have three backdrop categories available to our customers. We have standard, deluxe, and premium backdrops.
Our standard backdrops are cloth backdrops in either black or white.
Deluxe backdrops are a printed backdrop of your choice, or a green screen.
Premium backdrops are textured backdrops that bring the image to life. An example of a premium backdrop would be barrels in front of a scenery image, or a backdrop made of whitewashed pallets with vines draping over them.
Photo Booth Props
Our photo booth packages come with different prop options as well.
Standard props include boas, oversized sunglasses, just some fun basic stuff for your event. Premium photo booth props are specific to the type of event you are hosting (for example wedding or corporate event themed props). All corporate packages include this prop option.
Keepsake props: keepsake props can be added to any package. An example of a keepsake prop would be a handheld fan with a picture of the bride and groom for a wedding, or for corporate events your logo with your event hashtag printed on it. The number of keepsake props you receive depends on the keepsake you choose. You can add more keepsakes for an additional cost.
We have workflow animations for our mirror booth for private and corporate events. A workflow animation is what your guests will see on the mirror when they approach it, and it will walk them through their photo booth experience.
Depending on the package you choose, your event may come with a standard workflow animation, or it may come with a custom animation.
Custom animations can be added to any package for an additional charge.

Insta Photo Booth does not limit our capabilities to these package offerings. We are happy to put together a custom event package based on your needs. Most of our smaller packages can be easily upgraded with select add-ons. However, if you have something more elaborate in mind, or if you prefer to have guests pay for their photo booth experience themselves, we are happy to put together a customized quote.
